In 2001, we announced our exciting partnership with not-for-profit children’s charity, Cottage by the Sea. We’re thrilled to announce that the stunning home has now been auctioned in early 2022 where 100 percent of proceeds raised are going to the Cottage by the Sea Charity.⁠

‘We have been offering tailored camp programs for children in need for over 130 years, and the funds raised at auction will allow us to continue this mission and expand our Riptide building for camps and respite holidays in 2022,’ says CEO of Cottage by the Sea, Adam Wake.⁠
